Short stay - wish I stayed longer - I needed a quick, one night stay in Paia and couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel. Cute, chic, phenomenal location and the staff went above and beyond!!! They provided my friend and me with therapeutic Bath salt and an all-natural facial set.. for free!! Kat was the best. The new restaurant connected was so delicious. My server Colton was super welcoming and great with suggestions.

Customer service par excellence! - What a lovely hotel! I can't say enough good about this place. It's charming and offers a lot of conveniences such as a hot/cold water dispenser near the coffee station and wonderfully smelling, full-sized bottles of health and beauty products. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone I interacted with, especially Melody and GM Chuy were kindness personified. I felt like a person, not a number. I enjoyed it while it lasted. My husband had to attend a conference so we moved to the Grand Wailea. I wish I could say we got good service there but they could take lessons from the folks at Paia Inn. I hope to return.

A GEM in Paia - We picked Paia Inn for the first part of our Maui Honeymoon and we could not be happier! I would describe Paia Inn as a "boho chic" boutique hotel with a warm, welcoming staff, neat-as-a-pin rooms with full (excellent) amenities and a very short walk to a private, north-side beach--chairs, towels, boogie boards included. It was a great impression from the moment we arrived, in the pitch dark and rain, and the restaurant staff (manager, fellow sommelier and I am sorry not to have gotten his name) helped us with parking and check-in. We spent our last days in Lahaina, and I only wished I could have moved Paia Inn with us! I should also mention that Vana, the restaurant within the Paia Inn, was AMAZING! The staff was so genuinely attentive. We had two dinners and brunch there. Dinners were exceptional and I have literally already "written home about" the brunch!

A true hidden gem! - I've stayed here twice. This is a great place if you want to get away from the tourist infested hotels in Maui. Very cozy and all rooms have their own fingerprint in regards to design. The restaurant is cozy and well thought out. If you are looking for a 200 person bar on the beach this is not your spot. There is a beautiful semi-private beach right out front with access through the bungalows. You are paying for seclusion and a design inspired experience with great service. Something bothering you? They'll fix it! Check it out !!

Perfect honeymoom - My wife and I spent 9 nights at the Paia Inn, and we could not have asked for a more perfect stay on our honeymoon! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and sunny. The staff was incredibly friendly and full of recommendations. The Vana restaurant on the ground floor has amazing breakfast and cocktails, by the way. It's close to coffee shops, are stores, beaches, and is pretty well centrally located to get to everything from a Luau to the road to Hana. The location was perfect. We wanted a relaxing honeymoon in a town that wasn't buzzing full of other folks all the time, and Paia hit that one on the nose. There are beautiful beaches, great food, and fantastic hikes and views in town or just 20 minutes out. You're also really close to Makawao, which is another gorgeous town full of nice people.

Wonderful Experience - We loved our stay at Paia Inn. It is a quiet and cozy hotel where you easily feel at home. Breakfasts were super yummy and the private beach access made our experience even better. We also saw a few turtles lying in the beach of Paia which is not touristic at all and super quiet. Overall the experience at the Paia Inn was amazing, we’ll definitely go back !!!
