Our Policies

The management at Paia Inn has developed a series of policies and procedures to ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant experience while visiting.

CHECK IN & OUT TIME
Check-in time is any time after 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm.
CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. If the reservation is done on-line, a confirmation will be provided via email. A confirmed reservation will hold your accommodations through the night of your arrival. Once you have confirmed your reservation, you are guaranteed a room. The minimum check in age is 21, with a Photo ID required at time of check in.

Guest is responsible for keys and will be charged $100 for replacement if lost.

AMENITY FEE
Amenity Fee of $15 per night will be charged to your reservation and includes: Parking in both Onsite and Offsite Lots, Wireless Internet, Beach Towels & Chairs, Coffee & Tea Bar, Filtered Water & Ice, Business Center with Computer & Printer, Bellman Services, Daily Maid Service, Gym Facility to Fuzion Fit, Magazine & Books on the Foli app for your smart device, In room Spa quality Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Lotion.
ADVANCE POLICY DEPOSIT
All reservations will require an advance deposit equaling an average of one night stay at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations LESS than 7 nights, we require a one night’s deposit to secure the dates, and cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. For reservations 7 nights or MORE, we require a 50% deposit to secure the dates, and cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. If we are able to re-book your room we will credit you for the actual nights re-booked at the rate you reserved or the new rate whichever is lower.
EXTRA GUESTS
All rates quoted are based on your selections chosen for Adults and Children. Any alteration in these numbers will result in a different price quote.

No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur.

PETS
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the grounds of the Paia Inn.
NO SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or inside the Paia Inn. Failure to abide by this no smoking in room policy will result in a $500 fee.
ROOM DAMAGES
You are responsible for leaving the room in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was when you arrived. The registered guest will be held responsible for any and all damages to the room, found during the stay or after departure. This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables that are not secured properly.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING
Paia Inn reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card should there be excessive cleaning or repair needed in the guest room. Guest(s) shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition. If room requires excessive cleaning guest credit card will be charged a $75 fee. Makeup, face medications including benzoyl peroxide & tanning products will stain or bleach linens and towels. Un-salvageable linens & towels will be charged to the guest.
NOISE POLICY
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm to 8:00am during which time the noise from the short-term rental home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive that would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.

PARKING POLICY
Vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area and shall not be parked on the street. Self Park (unassigned spaces) in our Onsite lot (behind the Inn building) and Offsite lot (50 yards to the right of the Inn building next to the Wings Boutique)
BEACH ACCESS
The shoreline area is the property of the people of Hawaii and is open for the free use by everyone.
